Very poor service. Samantha never spoke to me once. I even had a question for her and thought I'd pop in to the office as I was passing. Secretary looked at me like I was trespassing, apparently I'm not supposed to come and talk to Samantha and the secretary quickly got rid of me. She had zero interest in the customer and simply didn't want to know. I was genuinely shocked. Never again.

Very rude, unprofessional solicitors. Hidden fees, poor attitude and they generally do not care. Once they receive your money, that’s it! Samantha Woods is in no worry to delay you, it’s almost like she enjoys doing it on purpose. We had to chase the council on their behalf. This is something they get paid a lot for.
Our seller’s solicitors did not want to communicate with them as they're a waste of time.
They never answer the phones. Impossible to get hold of anyone that works there. I would definitely NOT recommend this local company.
Use any other firm - I guarantee they are 100% better!

I wish there was a minus star but there isnt. 1 star is too generous for this very unprofessional company. How they can call themselves a solicitors is beyond me. No customer focus, a complete waste of time and money. I heard in the past how bad they were and I wish is listed. Would never recommend this company. So if you are buying or selling a house stay well away.

DO NOT USE!!
We ended up pulling out of our sale and losing lots of money because they are completely useless. There is no option for 0 stars.
Samantha Woods was in charge of our case and she was rude, impossible to get hold of (I had to call off different numbers and withhold caller Id just to get passed off to various random staff who passed on messages) and completely unwilling to help. She did not follow any direct requests from me, deliberately went against what I asked for. A period of 4 months went by with no progress made in terms of chasing the other solicitors for replies to enquiries and all the while with no updates unless I chased. I felt like I was doing their job for them! When I complained about this to her, she completely dismissed this. It is absolutely disgusting that they are getting paid for such shoddy work. Do yourself a favour and find another firm!!!

Sam Woods came highly recommended from a number of sources. When we told our agents (Astons) they were very complimentary. Sam was excellent throughout the process and helped us to complete quickly despite a difficult situation with our buyers useless online solicitor. Sam really knows her stuff and we will always use her in future.
