It one of the worst firms ever came across. Unresponsive, overcharging and absolutely warranting complaints with the relevant authorities.

Had Michael Representing me today, although I have never been to court before and I was concerned with the time frame we had (two days) Michael worked tirelessly on making sure we were ready.

The hearing was also dropped two hours before and then reinstated all in one morning and he still made it to Southampton on time.

He is reassuring, relaxed and confident in what he does. Michael went above and beyond to meet my needs and made it feel personal rather than him just getting his money.

One star because not possible to award zero.

Appalling service.
A firm supposedly working within family law should be expected to have a high level of sensitivity and compassion when dealing with vulnerable clients.
Don't expect any such treatment from this pathetic excuse for a company.
No empathy, no urgency, no consideration.
Communication as and when they feel like it - if at all.
A disgrace to their profession.

I see that a reply has been added hinting that my complaint has been dismissed by the ombudsman? Absoulutely not true - as well you know.
If you were so innocent, why did you offer me a level of financial compensation?
I dismissed the offer therefore the ombudsman could do no more - my choice - but that will never take away from my belief that people should be aware what to expect if foolish enough to instruct your terrible firm.

Having owned businesses on the Island and dealt with most of the legal firms, I can honestly say that one of my biggest regrets is appointing Michael Spoors Solictirs

Needless to say that I am compiling a file to go to the Law Society Ombudsman and have now appointed a different firm.
