I have had multiple businesses hosted by SFS since many years and would absolutely recommend the service.

It would be nice if we could pay by DD or if one business allowance could be passed to another one that runs out of mail forwarding for example. For me this would move SFS from 5 star to World Class.

Now charges a £30 "delivery charges" for sending an invoice by email, almost doubling the cost of the service. The change was unannounced. I've given this a 2 star rating because this is, in my opinion, poor value for money, and isn't a fair way to treat customers.
