Massive lack of empathy shown. I approached this firm to inquire if they held an original will for my recently deceased family member. I was offered an appointment in 2 weeks to discuss. When I questioned/complained if they could prioritise my query for an earlier appointment I was told they don't hold the will. They were going to make our family wait 2 weeks for an appointment to say sorry, nothing to do with us. Poor, poor show Swinburne Maddison LLP.

Recently completed on purchase of house and used Swinburne Maddison.
Rebecca was acting for us and was always quick to respond and guided me through the process.
They came as a recommendation to me as was new to the area and was impressed with them.
Paid a bit more than other quotes but 100% I am glad I did as the key thing is communication.

Dreadful experience here. Paid over 1230.00 for probate only to be lead along the route of non communication and slack service.. we curve do e the job ourselves for 300 pound!!!!! We found out via the council that probate had been granted 8 weeks ago!! Still waiting for a bit of commentary from these slackers,, don't waste ya money do it yoursedguys........ angry beyond d words!!!!
