We decided to go with the firm for our first house after reading a lot of positive reviews about them and we could not recommend them enough.
It was not an easy process at all, with a lot of hiccups and problems with a lengthy chain.
Emily was fantastic , professional and she was chasing everything on a regular basis.
She was always honest with us and prepared us for the worst case scenario as unfortunately it was very tough and stressful.
What made a massive difference was she was the only person from everyone involved that was ringing us and checking if we are ok given the difficulty circumstances.
