Having worked with Andrew for a short period, I have been forced to terminate his services. Despite claiming to ‘listen’ to his clients, Andrew did not listen to the client brief in this instance, where he failed to deliver against clearly defined requirements. When politely challenged on his failure to deliver work (paid for in advance), he immediately resorted to threatening litigation (against his own client). Andrew displayed no interest in attempting to resolve what could have been a simple miscommunication, and he disproportionately escalated a minor issue into a serious matter, persisting with his threats of litigation. His conduct seems unprofessional and unfitting of somebody who portrays himself as a mediation and dispute resolution expert - I saw no evidence of Andrew having any proficiency in this field. Having experienced his approach to conflict management first hand, I certainly would not trust him to act on my behalf or engage with the opposition to protect my commercial interests. When asked to produce evidence for his qualifications in order to conduct due diligence, Andrew was unable to provide proof, despite numerous requests. I would not work with Andrew again.
