First time using HSR Law and certainly won't be the last. The whole process could not have gone smoother. The professionalism displayed from everyone involved in this matter was second to none. Prompt response to my queries and constant communication from them keeping myself informed and up to date during the process. Can not fault them on any level. Brilliant, can't say enough to how good they are. Rachel and the team went above and beyond and completely ensured that no stone was unturned and that everything was dealt with, with speed, efficiency and care.
Interestingly, we had been in the process of purchasing another property before using HSR, and had used a large firm locally. However, we ended up being dealt with by paralegals or more junior lawyers who kept needing to refer upwards, which caused delays and issues with trying to answer the enquiries. So, going 'large' is not necessarily better.
Cannot recommend HSR, especially Rachel anymore. If you want peace of mind and a 10 star service, I would definitely use them.
