Excellent service from this firm over the last couple of difficult years going through a divorce, custody case and finances. Arjun in particular who led on my case was fantastic from start to finish. Where do I start describing Bethan Carr?
She is friendly, approachable, so helpful, very professional & just the nicest lawyer /person you could meet. She has helped countless members of our not-for-profit organisation COTS (Childlessness Overcome Through Surrogacy). Her fees are reasonable and the feedback we get from everyone who engages her is a 100% positive.
She was particularly amazing using her incredible specialist knowledge of the UK surrogacy law, in mediating on behalf of a surrogate, whose intended parents refused to pay the balance of her expenses after the surrogate baby was born and relinquished. She took on their mis informed lawyer and soon had the matter settled, much to the grateful relief of our surrogate and COTS.
As far as we are concerned, she is the tops for COTS. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this law firm, cannot fault the service. In particular the very knowledgeable Laura Naser, in Family Law. She is just brilliant. For such an experienced professional she is also really approachable. She will explain everything so clearly and is able to put you at ease. If you’ve been thinking about it - definitely contact her! You can tell that she is really passionate about her role, and she does it expertly, going that extra mile. I also found Asta Asaka in property Law to be really efficient when helping smooth out a very complicated property purchase. Highly recommend.
