Excellent service from the DMH Stallard Residential Property team in Guildford on a house sale to a twitchy buyer. Maureen Murtagh, with her oodles of experience, made it her job to get on well with the buyer's lawyer, which no doubt helped. All very nicely done, and at a cost which looks a bargain against the agents' cut.

Samantha and the DMH Stallard team were absolutely fantastic from the start.
