I first approached C P Law with regards to a matter where a company were trying to obtain payment under a personal guarantee which I had unwittingly signed as part of a signature to a company document. Peter Fisher contacted me and after a short chat I sent the documentation to him speaking to him a few days later when he had read it. He put me totally at ease and it seemed like we had been in contact for years. His knowledge of the situation was perfect as was his opinion. Since then he has also dealt with several other matters for me.
Most recently C P Law through Dina and Peter have been involved in a matter where my previous lawyer wrongly advised me resulting in a court decision going against me. My previous lawyer and his insurer are now paying substantial settlement monies to me against my claim and this is mainly down to the tenacity of Peter and his colleagues.
I therefore thoroughly recommend C P Law and Peter Fisher.

Looking around for solicitors who will genuinely help you is not an easy task. Thankfully and quite fortuitously I found C & P Law. The reviews were good and the testimonials have proven to be very accurate. My dealings with this company have been excellent from start to finish. At a time when you need help, that is what I got from the start. Clear and concise guidance on the view of my circumstances as well as a clear idea as to time and costs. These people are useless and cheater ? I have used the service for Divorce I got call from there team they Offer me £1000 fees charge for my case I have to pay court fees and other charges I agreed my x was ready we were not having any property distribute or money or kids custody very straight forward case they wasted my more than a year..my case colesd in February now in AUGUST sending me threatening email that they have worked very hard on my case Invoice off £2400 ... and what I have already paid £1000
They are big CHEATER AND POOR SERVICE PLEASE DON'T TAKE THE SERVICE FOR THEM
