Having been 2 years ago, I thought I'd give it another go and to my surprise I had down to earth helpful advice! Went with divorce issues and I was dreading it! This being the 3rd solicitor! What a shock I had, solid advice and thanks to David I now have my Absolute and it came in a week. He was so helpful and it didn't cost the earth! On lots of meds, 88yrs…not understanding..e.g. Inheritance Tax..I’m trying to comprehend, whilst my Aunt, friend and neighbour, of solicitor is complaining about my mother saving money, then her hubby comes in half way through

My mother passed away on April 2nd 2013. Early May my brother and I believed probate would be completed Mid-July. We thought this reasonable as it only takes heir hunters 30 days. Now nearing the end of July we find little has been done to complete the request and our case has been passed onto another solicitor without our knowledge. We know now that we should have followed it up on a regular basis. This is a caution to anybody else going through the same procedure.
