Jan (one of the partners) looked after Jean (my wife) and her accident claim. She was terrific - she was super professional at all times but never failed to help Jean feel at ease so she got to know her and what was important to her as her claim progressed. Jean cannot speak highly enough of Jan as at every step and after every conversation Jan would share a record of what we said and confirm what was happening next. Jean also wants to mention that when she contacted or visited the office other members of staff on reception and other solicitors couldn't do enough to help her and always made sure she left the office or ended a phone call happy. Jean and I would recommend Pickering and Butters without hesitation.
