Excellent service and value for money. Julie recently completed conveyancing for the sale of our property. We proved to be a complicated sale, with collapsing chains and other challenges. Julie kept us updated regularly and managed to resolve all the issues in a timely manner. Julie admitted she made mistakes with my fathers will and promised to correct them didn't happen she is at present under investigation there were also several discrepancies in the closing accounts one of which was over £3000 and smaller ones after several emails and registered letters requesting payment or an explanation gardner champion refused to reply i would urge everyone to check their accounts for mistakes i had ours checked by a chartered accountant and he was shocked at the novice mistakes made and agreed the accounts were wrong

A really bad experience my father's wishes were not honoured an executor was allowed to run amock and steal from the estate when greiviances were raised they were ignored completely untrustworthy
