Be aware ! Nice as pie to start with and lots of upselling tried on ! Once we sorted wills , we asked them (which they offered to many times) to witness the signing of our wills . This is when they changed their attitude ! They then said we’d have to go to Dereham office only ! No office in Norwich !
Be warned ! We should have been told there was no Norwich office …. Maybe change the name and website ?!!

Your company is advertising in local community Facebook groups all over the country - this is clearly questionable behaviour when most groups (certainly the one I’m in) ask you to confirm that you live in the village before you can join. You had to lie to get in, and purely to advertise.

I assume you’re not travelling all over the country to draft wills so I’d love to know how you are assessing capacity, vulnerability and considering undue influence as part of your instructions. You cannot do that over the phone. If you’re not doing this in person then any wills you draft do not stand up to scrutiny.

I see you are also advertising trusts to avoid nursing home fees. As a solicitor I can categorically say these are not worth the paper they are written on, and so your company is either uneducated or - more likely - well aware that these expensive trusts are useless but trying to flog them anyway. Anyone reading is welcome to Google it (‘Deliberate deprivation of assets’).

I’ve dealt with countless individuals who have been missold trusts which achieve nothing, who pay for ‘cheap’ wills only to find they have to pay hundreds in storage costs and/or the company appoint themselves as a (paid) executor.

I have nothing to gain from this - you are not my competition (you don’t even live in the same county despite being on my village group), I advertise nothing on Facebook and I’ve known many decent will writers over the years, but they do not behave like your company. I want anyone who uses you to go in with their eyes wide open and understand the true cost of a ‘cheap’ service.
