Dale & Co have been truly fantastic from start to finish. I was dealing with a somewhat demanding seller who wanted a very fast exchange, which was really stressful, but Laura-Beth and Nicola were so efficient and they completely put my mind at ease.

They were knowledgeable, informative, attentive, and always had my best interests at heart, even going above and beyond to secure additional insurance from the seller to protect me in case I had issues further down the line.

Nicola and Laurabeth have been nothing short of Amazing. We purchased our house recently and use Nicola for the conveyancing. Nicola responded very quickly to any queries, patiently talked up through anything we needed to know and also patiently dealt with a very slow and unresponsive seller / solicitors.

Additionally, when Nicola was not available, Laurabeth seamlessly picked up calls and emails instead creating amazing customer service. We also found the fee very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing or selling a home.

We decided to use Dale and Co for our house move, due to positive reviews on Google. Our experience was not particularly positive. Initially things appeared to flow very smooth and quick. This soon changed. We found ourselves chasing the solicitors alot, and often not getting any answers. On three occasions the solicitor asked for documents to be signed and emailed across, however we had previously sent these documents, which suggests that they were either lost or miss placed by the solicitors. The week of completion was a nightmare, we didn't have an official completion date until we received a phone call at 3:30 saying we could go fetch our keys. This didn't help us as we were renting at the time and needed to put in our notice, however the solicitor didnt give us enough time for our 30 days, meaning we had to pay an additional months rent. Prior to this we had an issue receiving a closing help to buy statement from nationwide, the solicitor was not very understanding about this and the email correspondence we received was often blunt and appeared to blame us for this problem, when it was an issue with the bank. Overall we were not 100% satisfied and I think 2.5 stars is fair but not 3, which I why we went for 2 stars. I think in future we would try a different solicitors.
