Avoid at all costs. Remortgaged with them which actually seemed to go smoothly. 18 months later, we need a transfer of ownership on the property only to find that Key Conveyancing had not completed the remortgage process in full. Took 6 MONTHS of persistent hounding to get this resolved. Another 3rd party did not help this delay, but this does not detract from KC’s overall incompetence. The only plus was Lesley who we worked with at the very, very end - she was more helpful and proactive.

We used the Key Conveyancing Bedford office. Mahima offered faultless service for my complex house move.

We had been trying to move out of our leasehold flat for around a year and had sales previously fall through in what was becoming a stressful situation. We decided to change solicitor to Key Conveyancing they managed to turn this around, and get the sale through in good timing. Mahima was communicative and helpful throughout and cant thank them enough for finally enabling us to move home.

Rachel and her team regularly emailed us updates and called us on a number of occasions to try and reassure us when needed. Key conveyancing were quick to reply back with a quote, which impressed me with their efficiency. However, since instructing them as my solicitors, it's very rare I get a reassuring call to update me of any progress. More often than not, different assistants email or call me, which confuses me. There doesn't seem to be any consistency from the appointed solicitor.

We recently used Key Conveyancing for a sale and purchase, off of the advice of both family, and the estate agent. We have to say, they were absolutely excellent. Fully completed less than 7 weeks from initiation.
Prompt and informative communication throughout. The team we had was Harry, Courtney and Harriet. I was impressed when on one occasion we were a little unsure about something and Harry rang directly and took the time to explain and make sure we were happy.
The teams on our case was excellent and should we move again, we’ll certainly be asking for these people to handle our move and we cannot recommend highly enough!
