I rang to see a solicitor concerning a document
I needed witnessing and signing by a commissioner of oaths
I was told they would get back to me about this
I never heard so rang again and was asked who I spoke to, as I didn’t know I was told she couldn’t deal with it as the other person would be dealing
with it.
I was never contacted.
Haven’t they heard of communication in that place!!!

Rachel at Harrowells, Pocklington has just completed my mums house sale which I was dealing with on mums behalf. I have never in all my years come across a stress free sale as this. Rachel dealt with all the queries, she was always available to speak to if I rang (a rarity with other solicitors I have used in the past) I can't recommend Rachel or Harrowells enough. Will always use in future. Thank you for a stress free sale.

Rang for the initial 30 minute free meeting on a Friday, they got back to me the Tuesday after to tell me the initial meeting would be an estimated £315, because I’d sent a letter to them by email, that they’d asked me to, so it was now ongoing ?
NOT RECOMMENDED...False advertising and Charlatans in my opinion
