Terrible experience thus far. RTA with other side admitting full liability. Easy to deal with you'd think? No! Abysmal communication with either reception or trainees at onset, not all forms given at correct time, transposing of my answers on to system incorrect, multiple case file handlers.....made complaints including to MD & no real help. Kept going, now with solicitor who seems better but has actually achieved nothing more than all the others in last 12 months.

Medical expert not listed most of my injuries so now a watered down version been sent to other party. 3 months to go before claim being timed out and now being told I have to supply all savings details for court even though covered by legal expenses! Absolutely furious. Looking to clarify this elsewhere as don't feel I can trust LD. Been promised a lot, little come back, my stress levels are through the roof and consider this to be a totally botched job. No idea what will eventually be the outcome but truly unimpressed.

Lyons Davidson were instructed following my wife’s car accident just over 2 years ago. Despite the fact that the other driver admitted full liability, his insurers contested the personal injury claim which, unfortunately prolonged settlement. Throughout this somewhat protracted process, we were kept fully informed and found this reassuring. What's worse than the injuries I sustained in a road traffic accident? The service at Lyons Davidson's Solicitors. Appalling. Do not use. If you are due compensation after an accident that wasn't your fault, do not use these solicitors! They never get back to you, they fail to action anything and it takes about a decade to get anywhere with them. Awful.

The care And consideration taken by Mr Gunning was outstanding work during the court case he was proactive in every circumstances they were positive or negative he would let me know what’s happening straight away the time and effort which was put in was outstanding. He also alleviate all my anxiety and stress during the court case I would put things into perspective where things would work out.
