Very seamless and thorough service to help me and my husband apply for a spousal/family visa for myself. Carla was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. We felt very confident about our application.

Our only gripe, albeit a small one and not enough to dock a star, is that VAT on the solicitor fees wasn't mentioned in the initial consultation. Not until we were officially agreeing to the service. We were able to pay it, but an extra £300 for some could be a deal breaker. Though we understand there could be a reason for this and other firms could do the same!
