Went to Wilford Smith after seeing advert on Facebook.Had heard of them before as are a well established company where I live.
First spoke on the phone to a lovely lady ( Lisa ) so helpful clear explanations easy pricing.sent us an email directly after our conversation with all the information we needed and prices .
We met with Lucy who dealt with all the legal parts and put our wills and LPOA.s. she was so helpful and very pleasant. She gave us some great advice. It was all very easy we never felt rushed . We have been so impressed with the whole process. It has all been a very efficient service and would definitely recommend them .

We have returned to Wilford Smith to amend our wills and as usual they have done an excellent job. All of the staff are professional and also friendly. Lucy Leach met with us and sorted everything out very efficiently, explaining everything to us. We felt comfortable asking any questions to ensure we understood everything. It is very comforting to know we have got our wills sorted and feel confident in the services of Wilford Smith. Lucy is such a lovely person - very professional and so knowledgeable about everything. I contacted Enrique Garcia after a recommendation to assist with an employment related matter. Enrique was personable and dealt with the matter quickly and professionally. From my initial call to him he arranged a teams call within three hours and dedicated the time to go over what was needed in a way where he explained things is a way that ensured I understood. Given he had only 24 hours to deal and respond to the matter he delivered this with ease and in a way that I did not feel any additional stress or pressure. A true professional and credit for his work with a complex employment related matter.

Following terrible service from solicitors on a previous property we were trying to purchase it was a Great start with Nick - he was so clear and professional. Always contactable and explained everything in a way we could understand as first time buyers. Unfortunately, Nick left over the Christmas/new year period. We then had Maxine, just awful and gave the impression being bothered. I am still awaiting call for Maxine to introduce herself as the new solicitor replacing Nick. No surprise, Maxine also left. I was becoming concerned as two solicitors left, but then we had Kirsty Marshall, who was excellent. As like Nick was clear, contacted us and explained everything for us to understand. In the end the sale went thru. nearly 3 years and 3 properties later we finally successfully received the keys 15th March and are now settling in nicely. Wilford will be my first choice for anything in the future and I will recommend to others.
