I used the International Proccess Servers to serve divorce papers to someone in Zimbabwe and the process has been an absolute pain, with them not providing updates and their being numerous unnecessary delays.
From when payment was made, to when they finally confirmed that the documents were served it took 6 weeks and I had to chase them up several times as they did not even know if the documents had been served.
Even more than 1 week after this, they still haven't provided the statement of service or offered apologies for the delays
