We recently purchased a property using LCF as a cash buyer. Due to the conditions of the purchase, we needed someone that could act relatively quickly on our behalf. Having experienced the sale of our previous property some months ago, we were delighted with the personal service and support offered by LCF to enable us to complete on our house within the timescale required. We were able to have conversations over the telephone easily, by email or in person which made an enormous difference to working through the process. A massive thank you to the staff at LCF but especially Tracey Lynam who was amazing in making our purchase happen. We couldn't recommend LCF enough.

My estate agent recently reccomended LCF and Liz Webster after having an absolute nightmare with my previous solicitors when buying and selling houses. LCF Residential have been a breath of fresh. Always answering the phone if I had any queries and keeping me up to speed with progress continually. From appointing LCF to completion was around 7 weeks and very pain free. I would 100% use again and highly reccomend them to anybody.

Lynn poppy and Marie made our move easy with regular updates making sure we had signed everything and were set to go once the chain was ready. LCF app is easy enough but if you do find that there is a problem or hassle they are always at the end of the phone. LCF I found always responded to emails promptly and very helpful. Anyway we are settled in now so a big thank you to you guys at LCF residential. Oh one last thing which is a top tip, don't get LCF Law mixed up with LCF residential especially if you are giving the bank there address to send the mortgage offer to lol .

Would give a zero if I could. Always ‘very busy’ and as a result, service is poor, mistakes are made and they lie. They don’t care that they are trusted to support their customers through one of the biggest things they might ever do - just tick boxes and push pens.

I received an exceptional service from LCF for my first house purchase. Sarah and the team kept me informed regularly and nothing was too much to ask. I often got a response the same week, if not the same day. I completed my house purchase with keys in hand exactly 10 weeks to the date of my offer being accepted, this meant I was able to enjoy Christmas in my new home and I sit here now humbled and happy. Thank you LCF for your efforts and consistency in making the process of my first house purchase a pleasant and memorable one for all of the right reasons.
I will absolutely use the firm again should I need to in the future, and recommend highly to anyone considering.
