Do not use. I was lied to from the first phone call, my landlord was allowed to breach their agreement by 5 months and progress law let them. I was misinformed throughout and I did not even get close to the outcome I was promised or that I wanted. Really really bad experience, use someone else for disrepair claims..

Fantastic team fantastic people. From the start Mr Khan always made me feel at ease I had new windows fitted after 18 years and got some money back too would highly recommend this company and if I ever encounter any problems with the housing again these guys would be my 1st port of call I wouldn't have had anything without them

I did have an accident through no fault of mine. I got in touch with progress law solicitors and within 2 months. I got over 2k compensation. The combination was easy and they even sent me to an independent medical examiner local to my area. 5 stars easy. Highly recommend you call them if you've had an accident regardless of who's fault it is.

Very poor service. Past my case on to three different people.
Lost the information I sent them.
Never kept me updated.
I had to phone all the time to get updates, then didnt even fight the class once the third party said they wouldn't pay out. My van was almost written off I have a witness statement and it was only 18 months old and took 3 months to fix. This sort off case takes about 8 week this took them 8 months
