Part of me wishes I'd never had them involved in the first place. I had a mouldy kitchen floor for 5 years and yes it needed sorting but then they offered to do the whole house, big mistake. The other jobs just aren't getting done too standard because this legal team hasn't even checked how bad the job is under the wallpaper, now the council "can't" full plaster the bedroom until this legal team finishes their job but they're not even answering their phone and never called me back when they said they would. I really would prefer it if they just closed their case right now and got me £0 just so the kids and I can sleep in a bed some time this year.

Absolutely awful company. Does not respond for months on end. Last conversation was in April.. after numerous messages and calls no response.
How are they still working i wouldn’t know. Probably just getting paid and disappearing

Extremely Poor Service.

Mohammed was instructed for my small claims case.
Right from the onset he was very laid back, poorly organised, would miss dedlines, would leave all work till the last minute.

He would outsource a lot of vital case work and hence had very poor knowledge about the matter.

He is difficult to catch hold of and very bad at responding.

I found him and his work very unprofessional, misleading and haphazard. Over all had an awful experience. Shame.
