Thank you Briony from the Wakefield team for helping us complete our sale. I really appreciated how Briony always ensured we were kept up to date and responded quickly to queries and questions. It wasn't an easy sale due to poor practice from the buyers side but Briony kept at it and got us through to completion despite the many hurdles she faced.

Dropped into Switalskis a couple of weeks ago about a legal matter. Spoke with the lady on reception who took my contact details (which we double-checked) and told me someone would contact me the next day. Two weeks on and nobody has bothered.

I can only assume their legal work is of a similar standard to their reaction to a business enquiry.

Absolutely brilliant. I was a bit unsure about using a solicitor that is not local, but everything worked really well through email and post. Briony was amazing, with 3 or 4 purchases falling through she was still extremely helpful and patient. Also would speak in plain English if the was something I didn’t understand. I highly recommend.

Briony managed the sale of my property, she was always polite and answered all my queries promptly. I haven’t been the easiest client to deal with due to the length of time my sale took to complete (through no fault of Switalskis). Briony however always remained calm and polite. Don't use these solicitors they are on social workers side..they say the system works..what happens to baby p.. system was to blame for the death of baby p. There's a lot of other cases where the system does not work..wasters of time these solicitors. Keep away. The difference between McDonald's and switalskis solicitors is that McDonald's have 1 clown
