Recently used Conveyancing for sale of my elderly Mums property.
We were both left stressed and frustrated due to the lack of communication especially towards the end of the sale.
My telephone calls were not returned and instead I would receive emails.
My Mum just wanted to speak to Eleanor, her Solicitor.
Even on the day of completion I asked to speak to Eleanor but again no reply so spoke to her assistant Claire, who was very helpful and efficient.
Overall not a great experience.
