In April 2023, I was pulled over and faced a drink driving charge. After scouring the internet to find the best solicitors for drink driving cases, I narrowed it down to two firms, ultimately choosing Geoffrey Miller, because they were able to connect with the expert witness I requested, Dr. Mundy. My first phone call was with Jeanette Miller over a weekend, and she was extremely professional, clearly explaining the process and giving me confidence in her firm.

People need to know that you pay for quality with Geoffrey Miller, so if you're not willing to pay the fee, go elsewhere and risk losing your case. I was later supported in preparation for my court date by my solicitor, Elizabeth Morrice. My advice is to follow their instructions to the letter and do everything they ask, when they ask. Special mention also has to go to Elnaz Nejad who also was instrumental in my preparation.

My case was postponed twice, and finally, after 16 months, it went to court in August 2024. I was represented by Mr. Phillip Lucas, who was absolutely outstanding. Watching him in action was mesmerising. The CPS was completely unprepared for the strong case Mr. Lucas presented, and the judge ruled there was no case against me, resulting in my acquittal. I was free to go.

I am beyond grateful to the entire team for their incredible service and support, and I can highly recommend them.

There are no words to say how grateful my son and I are for your representation and support in his drug drive case. From the initial discussion with Jeanette who rang me promptly the next morning after I had left a message overnight (about 3 days before the initial hearing) to the final day of the case, I have no complaints whatsoever. Did it cost us, yes it did, but was it worth it, yes it was! My child feels like he has a new lease on life and it feels like a weight has been lifted from our shoulders and this dark cloud that had been hanging over our family for 10 months and 6 days was finally gone.

I contacted Geoffrey Miller in December of 2022 as a last resort after being charged with failing to provide a specimen. I was set to lose my license for 3-5 years after having a previous drink drive conviction. Right from the off they assured me they would look at every aspect of the case to see what defence we had (I did not think we had any) Thanks to Justyna and her team they was able to see the negligence and failure to comply with procedure that the police had committed. In November 2023 I was found not guilty! A huge thank you must go to Phillip Lucas, he is the best barrister around! he knows the law around driving offenses inside out and there is no better person fighting your corner. Now the fees are very expensive, especially as I had to pay for expert witnesses and a further day at court due to the case be adjourned. However you get what you pay for and that is the best!

Firstly I must say that this review is long overdue.
My personal experience with Geoffrey Miller solicitors was absolutely superb!
I'm not the best with checking my emails as I find it difficult to look computer screens or phone screens since I had long term covid.
Never the less Geoffrey Miller solicitors, were extremely patient at every point of communication.
I had Austin Anderson - Brettell overseeing my case, he was extremely thoughtful and understanding towards my situation, also very meticulous with his relaying of information.
