Lovely team . I contacted the Optimal Solicitors, and the response has been extremely positive. Choosing the right legal team is an important decision. The process has been extremely smooth, and I would highly recommend them. Marie Nielsen and later Susan Phelps were there to help me when I needed most . they kept me informed , and were transparent troughout entire process . Knowing they got my back , helped me to overtake the most difficult time in my life . I will be grateful forever !

Good law firm, very good communication as well as being extremely helpful. You can be sure that whatever your predicament is, they will indeed help you sort it out and will do anything and everything to help you out, they will not leave you hanging. From my personal experience; they have helped our family through an extremely tough case which lasted 4 years yet, they were there with us to the end. It was also very nice to see that they supply help in different languages so, I can't really say that there was a language barrier or anything like that as they were always transparent with everything and anything that happened and were happy to explain anything you'd wish and/or didn't understand.

All in all, would recommend, as you can be certain you'd meet people which genuinely have your best interest at heart and would do anything to help you.

I would not recommend, it is taking ages to remortgage. A simple process, taking months. They don’t call you back, they keep saying they are escalating the matter but week after week go by and its not progressing. I am truly disappointed. I have nothing except patient and they simply dont care or call back when you ask for it. They made errors on certain requests and take no ownership.

I don't recommend it to anyone. They keeps pushing me to sign a settlement. lawyers were changing all the time and I didn't know who to contact anymore. act to the detriment of the client. The case was almost 3 months ago and I still haven't received any documents. they lied about the money and took much more than agreed upon.I tried to contact them many times after the case, but it was almost impossible to get any response

My case took an incredibly long time, at first the person dealing with the case was not interested in my case. But when it was transferred into the hands of Kazimiera everything changed. I wholeheartedly recommend Kazimiera who fights for every second and is consistent in her actions

AVOID!!! Laura eight months to complete the purchase of our cottage and there was no chain. It was incredibly difficult to get hold of Laura and there was extremely poor communication from Laura to us, our estate agents or the seller's solicitors which was frustrating beyond words. Paperwork and relevant documentation was requested from us in dribs and drabs - which wasted so much time. Our proof of identity was only requested months into the process. We had to pay for two valuations of the cottage as it all took so long. It was incredibly stressful. Do yourself a favour and avoid the conveyancing department.

I've been trying to work with this firm for 12 months now apart from the fact they have messed me about half the work done has been done by my self solicitors going on annual leave or holidays changed who I'm to deal with lack of communication from them very poor have now asked for all information on my case to be forwarded to myself while I now try and find another firm to take case on would not recommend
