I would like to express my utmost gratitude to the immigration team at SABZ solicitors, especially to the expert who handled my case, Mr. Talal Talha. Their work was wonderful. They managed to obtain my COS letter in the quickest time possible, which was about two days, and my UK Skilled Worker visa was issued within 4 days despite having two Schengen rejections! In addition, as an Iranian, I know that most countries are strict in issuing visas for Iranians, but they were able to obtain my visa.Therefore, I strongly recommend to all my friends that if they intend to immigrate and obtain a visa, they should definitely proceed through this company and Mr. Talal Talha.

Don’t waste your time on this firm. Firstly my case was assigned to Yasmeen and after a few weeks of no response on emails, only after calling in to ask where she was, I was told she was on sick leave. I strongly believe that if I had not called them and asked, no one would have informed in and I would still be left waiting for email responses for however long!

All the bad reviews on here, many have said SabzSolicitors excuse is that “they’re on sick leave” which I highly doubt as it seems to be the only excuse.

Then, I had Rajvinder and nothing was done in the 4 months she was assigned to my case. I complained and asked for compensation due to the time wasted and all they told me was that she doesn’t work there anymore. I filed a complaint form and demanded compensation in May and only now at the end of September, after having called and filed another complaint form, they have called me back rudely stating that I cannot get compensation for the time wasted as I got my naturalisation confirmation in the end and the 4 months wasted are “things that happen all the time. It’s natural.”

No one ever informed me that Rajvinder was leaving until I had complained and asked to pull out my naturalisation application. Only then did they email me back reassigning my case back to Yasmeen. Again, I strongly believe they would not have contacted me beforehand until I contacted them first! This is not a professional or good law firm! You hire a solicitor to HELP with your application not to stress or infuriate you.

I am VERY lucky to have my application completed and turn out successful after unfortunately paying SabzSolicitors as evidently MANY people have been scammed by them and have had their time wasted for longer than my 4 months. If I had done my research before paying them, you would never see this review.

At first they were good and efficient. But the case isn’t over and try to get a hang of them! We’ve been trying to contact Shabnam for 3 weeks and is always busy, not replying email nor give call back. The assistant seems so rude on the phone, like we’re wasting her time. We’ll keep trying until we get them on the phone, as we paid for it. Highly disappointed by their service.
