Mr Saul was very patient and kind when supporting my parents with will writing and Lasting Power Of Attorney. They felt he listened and helped them to understand each step. They did not feel rushed. The process was very smooth and over within a few weeks, giving them much needed peace of mind. They felt the price was very reasonable for all the work needed. Do not use Simon Whiting in family law..he is new to this firm. He left his post in Worcester .when we found a new solicitor to take over from him.they found he had lied to us and said he filed our application to court 31st January. Which he didn't. He carried on this lie all through February and March. Wasted 14 precious weeks getting my grandson back to us. My grandson is on child protection.simon knew how serious this was. The old firm carried out internal investigation and found he had mis led us. I have reported him to SRA...I have since found out he has 2 cases against him for professional misconduct

Do not use them if you want a speedy, professional or courteous service. Still waiting after a year to receive payments from probate. Completely disinterested when we call them for news but happy to bill us for the phone call.

Absolutely useless and fabulously rude into the bargain. The legal team have a complacent, couldn't care less attitude. They are painfully slow and never ever keep you informed. The icing on the cake is the behaviour of one of the two receptionists who has to be seen to be believed, she treats you like dirt! I wish I'd taken the trouble to ask around about them in advance as I've now come across quite a few others who have found exactly the same. All in all a thoroughly bad experience, avoid them at all costs!
