The owner, director and sole shareholder of this company is not a solicitor, he fails to respond and fails to understand current legislation, and he fails to abide by high court orders.

He has been ordered to pay further costs which although are still to be assessed are expected to be in the region of £35k and he has already mentioned that this will force him to bankruptcy.

He is not a solicitor and yet attempted to illegally charge my mother for litigation which is reserved legal work and for which legally he is not entitled to charge for.
