345 Construction recently completed our extension and we couldn't be happier.

We came across 345 Construction through our architects online portal for builders to quote our design. When we met Ad & Jack, they were professional and helpful from the get go. The only builders who were comfortable to talk to us about budget, expectations and priorities.

We hit some obstacles at the beginning of our project that Ad & Jack were very helpful with and understanding of the situation we had to deal with.

Throughout the build, Ad & Jack were very professional and friendly. They worked Monday - Friday, morning until late afternoon. Their time management was so helpful as I was working from home the entire time. Finishing that days job to a high standard was always priority and on some occasions they stayed late to get it done which was something we were very thankful for with it being a winter build.

Their attention to detail is of such a high standard, even our architect was amazed at how neat the pointing of their block work was! They would even come and check their other trades work to make sure it was to their standard.

They were great at managing all the trades involved in the build, even leasing with our kitchen fitters to work out dates for different stages of the build. This was helpful and took a lot of pressure off us.

We had a WhatsApp group which was very helpful. Luckily, we didn't need to get in touch with Ad & Jack much, but any questions we had they were happy to help.

I would highly recommend 345 Construction. From the very beginning we knew we could trust them to create our vision. We will definitely be using Ad & Jack for any future work we have done as they have been fantastic.

My partner and I used 345 to complete our rear and second story extension. In the lead up to the extension they were great, making sure everything was in place and even helped out with what to do when the local building control couldn't complete timely site visits.

They were great throughout. We only needed to go into our contingency at the instruction of the structural engineer and building control, otherwise it was on budget.

Jack Adam and the team were hardworking and communicated throughout the project (as we were off site during the works). Neighbours commented on their hard work and speed. Our building control inspector was also very complimentary of the work done so don't just take our word on it.

If I need any further building work completed in the future I definitely will be using 345 again!

We used 345 to build an extension at the rear of our home as the new kitchen.

Adam and Jack were absolutely amazing. They did a fantastic job on the management of the time frame of the project.

They really have the experience in building extensions hence they knew what to do before they start on site and asked us whether we had applied for building control in prior and ordered the materials needed at the right time and ongoing liaison with suppliers on the delivery date to ensure materials will land on site on time.

They dealt with the building control to make sure everything is compliant and upon the completion of the works the building inspector was satisfied and signed off the works.

We would definitely recommend our friends and neighbours who wants to build extensions.

I can highly recommend 345 Construction Services. They took down our old conservatory, put up a new fabulous extension and removed the kitchen and dining room walls to give us one open amazing social space. They also updated our living room with a modern entertainment wall and sliding doors - the whole lot fully completed in 3 months! We are very happy with our beautiful new home. Hearing the awful experiences friends and colleague have had with builders, I feel extremely lucky to have had Jack, Adam and the team on our job! Totally professional, reliable and caring people - even the dog looked forward to them coming. A very positive experience overall!

345 Construction have recently (June) completed a wrap around L shaped extension for us. Having never done anything like this before, it was a real step into the unknown for us. We shouldn't have worried at all... Adam and the team were superb! They walked us through the process and explained everything they were doing so we always knew what was happening. Adam and his team have completed some building work for us recently (knocking through internal walls, installing new French doors and w/c) and did an amazing job. They are very professional, reliable and easy to work with and do exactly what they say they will, when they say they will! The quality was excellent and it was kept tidy throughout.
