Awful experience. Have used these guys for around 8 years, never had an issue but the last terminals we received were awful and at the end of the contract we decided to cancel both business terminals.

No one seems to have a clue what they are doing, told me they would collect them which they did, however they only cancelled one terminal and left the other on contract, when contacted they pass you from person to person who has no clue what they are doing, also failed to inform me that I would need to cancel the agreement with Worldpay so another 3 months of charges there.

Used to be a great little company but sadly not anymore, shop direct with Worldpay and cut out the middle man would be my advice

Ended our contract over 6 months ago as the service had become appalling and charges silly compared to others. 6 months on we are still receiving invoices even after the collection of the terminals. Have called 5 times and each time they say they will call back - they haven't done once. Also very dismissive and rude on the phone. I couldn't encourage others to stay away highly enough.

This company has gone from bad to worse. The technical support team are now none existent and you will wait on hold for hours on end with no one answering a call. Our terminals were down for a whole day and not one person responded, I logged a formal complaint 3 weeks ago and I've still had no reply. I've tried emailing and calling to follow it up and guess what... no one reply's to emails or answers the phone. It will be interesting to see how quickly they reply to a negative review

I would strongly recommend using a different card terminal provider. I requested a change of terminal in Jan 2021. I was told the old terminal would be collected in two weeks. I still have the old terminal (Sept 2021). Furthermore, they billed me for the use of 2 terminals until May 2021. They did refund me in June. Today (2nd Sept 2021) I have had issues with downloading my monthly invoice and cannot get through to anyone via telephone. No one picks the phone up - so far I have been waiting 20 minutes. I will not be using this company again.

Poor unprofessional service, the accounts department are unhelpful and told me to speak to the help desk about an invoice? Get passed back and forth with no answers.
Have rung six times in total now since last Tuesday, left messages with the help desk, I have emailed, still no one from accounts has bothered to contact me about the invoice and have now been over charged .
Two weeks on since I posted this and still no one from accounts have even bothered to contact me, rang and emailed no reply, my emails have gone unanswered, rang twice and it go's to the help desk, who promise to pass it on to accounts department, they have now taken the wrong amount from my account.

Very very poor service
they along with worldpay and Elavon
have been ripping us off for years
and we too were sent out new terminals that never left the box and they were charging us!not to mention the RIP OFF PCI dss compliance rammed down your throat at £40 mer month per terminal
dreadful customer service and card machines that do not work,good riddance.
Avoid them or dont say you were not warned
we have destroyed our 5 terminals and canceled all accounts.awful.
avoid Elevon and worldpay as they too will rip you off big time and provide an equally dreadful service-in 25years in this trade its the worst experience we have had-you have been warned.

I recently started my own brownie stall at a busy market and realised that handling cash isn't the best option as these days who actually carries cash! I then went about trying to find a company that could provide a card machine with a very short deadline. I wasted so much time contacting companies that done nothing but mess me about, but this one is something else. Their customer service is top quality, I just wish I had have contacted them initially. So now, I use them regular, whenever I have my major market dates... Great work 123send a thumbs up from me.

Waiting for 45 min to get your call answered from the company is absolutely appalling customer service!!!! Once you do get through they promise they will solve the issue but days later no issues solved. If you are a few days late with payment they chase you for it but the other way around you get very poor quality of service. DO NOT recommend them and would never deal with them even if their service was for free!!!!!!!!!!
